Update from Maine

There is a wicked thunderstorm in the makings. This pleases me to no end. Quick play by play of the days here:
Tursday/Friday: Took a red eye flight. Got in to Boston at 7am on Friday. Took a cab to a family friend's house. Got to have my annual one hour catch-up conversation with Noah, the boy I have known since I was 5. This was good. Took a nap, was woken up to get in car, slept all the way from Boston to Maine (about 3 hours) got to the cabin at about 4. Saw my friend Eliza, who I haven't seen in about 3 years, and that was excellent. I then slept from 6pm to Midnight, when I woke up, ate a nectarine, and then slept again from 2am to 2:30pm.
Saturday: Woke up at 2:30pm. Went on walk, ate berries, rode swing bridge, listened to music. Attempted to communicate with family. Fell asleep at 7pm. Was woken up for dinner at about 8:30pm, was back asleep by 9pm. Was woken up on Sunday at about 12:40pm.
Sunday: Was amazing. We went on a five hour sail with our family friends Sam and Tina on their 30 foot, 3-sailed sail boat. It was gorgeous and low key and we ate cookies and grapes and drank tea. So lovely. Got home at about 7, ate dinner, went to sleep, slept until Owen got here at like 8:30pm, ate crisp for dessert (SO YUMMY!!) and then went to sleep at around 9:30pm.
Monday: Woke up at 12:45pm. Failed to eat breakfast. Hung out with the siblings and the cousin and went on a run (oh man, go me). Then we (we being me, my sisters, my mom, Owen, Simon, and aunt Lizzie) went to Adele's (another family friend) house. It was absolute chaos. There were 3 languages being spoken (Spanish, English and Italian) and the Italian people, particularly the man) were like UBER Italian. Like think Roberto Benigni (sp?) There were also two six month old babies and a 7 year old. And four dogs. We didn't eat until 9:30, though we got there at like 6. It was good fun nonetheless. Didn't go to sleep until about 1am.
Tuesday (today) Owen woke me up at about 11:30 and we went strolling, bought postcards and cheez-its, played cribbage, went to Harborside for lunch (that doesn't mean anything to you guys) ate deep fat fried stuff and saw Sam (different from sailing Sam) and Betsy (more family friends. Pretty much when I say "family friend" it means adults who have known me since I was like 5 years old) Came home, went on a run (again, jesus christ I am so hardcore) and now I'm sitting around, still sweaty, and livejournaling. Life is good. Family friends are coming over shortly with their two children and tonight should be fantabulous. Much love to all.

It truly is. And thank you for your message, I laughed for a good 3 minutes. It made me very happy. And don't bother passing along his info, there is not a chance in hell that I would ever contact him. Besos.
